In direct response to the ongoing expansion and evolution of forensic practice, the American Institute of Forensic Education, Inc. (AIFE) is proud to make available distance learning forensic education programs authored and presented by internationally recognized experts in the field of forensic science.
These basic, intermediate and advanced courses are designed for professionals wishing to enhance their knowledge and skills using the flexible and convenient forensic education course offerings provided by AIFE. Each course is structured to incorporate contemporary developments and comparison techniques in the forensic science arena.
AIFE's online forensic science education courses are available to participants on a regular basis, allowing students a variety of choices that best meets their scheduling needs. We offer two types of forensic distance learning - self study and virtual. Our self study forensic courses are downloadable and can be taken at any time. Additionally, participants have the opportunity to take advantage of a virtual classroom which provides access to both instructor and fellow students for interactive in-depth discussions of course materials and best forensic practices.

For 32 years, Mr. Bruce T. Sackman, served as the Special Agent in Charge, U.S. Department of Veterans’ Affairs (VA), Office of Inspector General, Criminal Investigations Division.
